A pioneer in User Experience (UX) design in the Arab world, Ahmad Alhuwwari has over 25 years of hands-on experience, beginning in the late 1990s. Many people call him the "Arabic UX Godfather."
He gained his expertise through working and training with renowned global companies, and today, he provides expert consulting and training in UX and Customer Experience (CX) across the region.
He was a part-time lecturer at Jordan University of Science and Technology. He founded the first hands-on UX diploma program in the Middle East, accredited by Princess Sumaya University for Technology and the Jordanian Ministry of Higher Education.
As a certified international trainer, Ahmad has mentored and inspired hundreds of students worldwide, reaching over 250,000 learners through live and recorded courses, including his flagship UX program on Edraak.
His impact on the field includes establishing the UX department at Orange Jordan and founding both the Jordanian and Arab UX communities.
Currently based in Saudi Arabia, he is a Senior Consultant in User and Customer Experience and represents the Middle East region at the UXPA (User Experience Professionals Association).
Ahmad is also the founder of UXWaves, a company that specializes in UX design services and consulting in the Arab region.
